Expression of Condolence Protocol
Further to advice from official contacts and resources, I am informed that condolences are to be submitted to the Palace website: www.royal.uk whereby selected condolence messages, HM Forces Associations assigned preference, will be presented to members of the Royal Family in due course. All messages received on this website, however, will be preserved in the public archive and retained for posterity.
If approved, I will send the following simple message:

On behalf of our Patron Admiral Sir Alan Massey, the Chairman Nigel Carpenter and the Members and Supporters of the Regulating Branch and Royal Navy Police Association, I send profound, heartfelt and deepest condolences to The Royal Family on the sorrowful news of the demise of Our Sovereign Lady, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
