Lawrence Morison – Secretary

Lawrence joined the Royal Navy at Ganges in 1966 and served as a communicator at Mercury Fort Southwick Faslane Leander and Jaguar before transferring to the Regulating Branch in 1975. Following initial draft to RN Patrol HQ Drake he re-located to Scotland where he served the rest of his career. Before leaving in 1986 Lawrence served in Caledonia, Cochrane, Gurkha, promoted to RPO and was coxswain on Stubbington with his final role as MAA on Rothesay.

Married to Anne 2 girls and a boy, his son has a pub just outside Salisbury and one of their daughters lives in Portsmouth the other is up in Scotland. Lawrence and family have a lovely Australian Labradoodle. He is currently learning to play the drums (badly) and getting ready to go back to his other passion Dundee United.
