Service History: John served at PHQ, Chatham and HMS Fearless and is especially well known and respected for his time as DNPM and NPM at RNPHQ (W). A real gent.

The funeral and celebration of John’s life was held at 10.30 on Thursday 8th October at St Peters Church, Selsey, followed by a private cremation at 11.45 at Chichester Crematorium.

It was a great pleasure to have served as RPO in the SIB, a true Gent, rest eternally.
I had the pleasure and honour serving under him in the SIB as a L/Reg and RPO. He commanded so much respect and got from all his staff – a lovely man – and sadly missed – RIP ‘Boss’.
