Dear Association Member
We are delighted to be sending you details of the RB & RNPA Associations Reunion 2022, being held at the The Olde Barn Hotel near Grantham in Lincolnshire.
Attached is the Booking Form, Daily Orders, Hotel Information and a copy of our Trading Charter (our T&Cs). Either complete the booking form and return it to us, together your deposit, or feel free to call IOW Tours to make the booking and pay by card on 01983 405116.
We are open Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm.
Your organiser has placed the reunion once again in the hands of IOW Tours, albeit in the new guise of Mount Pleasant (IOW) Ltd who have bought the trading name. If you have the previous company (IOW Tours Ltd) set up as a payee for bank payments, please do not use these – the new bank account details are on the booking form, together with our new address.
There are a fantastic few day planned, with not only including the Association’s AGM and Church Service, but Gala Dinner with wine on the table, live entertainment, an afternoon coach trip to the historic City of Lincoln and more!
The IOW Tours Team will be on hand to look after you during your reunion and we will give you the same great service you have always enjoyed.
All bookings will be taken on a “first come, first served” basis so please book early to avoid disappointment.
