I joined up at the Charing Cross Recruitment Centre in London 2 September 1958, and onwards to HMS Ganges new entry annex. During this indoctrination period Roy misbehaved and ended up in cells, think Roy got the wrong end of the stick, he was drafted to HMS St Vincent in Gosport to finish his training. It was good to meet up with him us both being Regulators.
RIP Roy
Sorry we both joined together on the 2 September 1958.
