The following information is the terms of use and understanding of the use of the Regulating Branch and RN Police Association Online Shop.

Any information supplied in the purchase of goods will be maintained and recorded in accordance with the Data Protection Act and will not be communicated to any other organisation outside of the Association. b. This information will only be used for Association use – please read GDPR and Privacy Notices.
- Prices include an administration charge.
- Payment for goods will be made using the Payment facility, either with via Stripe, using credit or debit cards.
- Any damaged or spoiled goods should be returned to the Jack Dusty, Regulating Branch and RN Police Association, within 7 days of receipt, the address for the return of the goods can be obtained by emailing jackdustyrba93@rba93.com
- Refunds will be actioned to the purchaser within 7 days of the arrival of returned goods or in accordance with .
- Delivery of goods will be by Royal Mail within 3 workings days of receipt of the order.
