Service history: 34 years of Service including HMS Collingwood, Davenport, Fearless, Rooke, Tartar, Galatea and Hermes.

With gratitude for your service and friendship as a fellow member of the Regulating Branch and Royal Navy Police and Royal Navy.

We served together often but particularly when NPM Gibraltar, and he couldn’t have been more supportive and a perfect role model to all both professionally and privately. Rest in Peace my dear friend – Nigel Carpenter Chairman.

Although our paths whilst serving crossed infrequently, I knew Paul to be a highly professional man of principle and integrity who was greatly respected and admired across the whole Royal Navy spectrum. As we celebrate his life, may fond memories become a treasure. His duty done  – David Lodrick – President

A great man, a loyal friend, who will be sadly missed by many who knew him.
Rest in Peace Brigham, my friend.
