William G Dick – Former Museum Curator – Retired

William G.Dick, joined the Royal Navy in 1971 at the age of 23, as a Cook. In 1978, William joined the Regulating Branch serving on HMS Antrim as a Leading Regulator, followed by HMS Hodgeston, HMS Jersey as a Regulating Petty Officer and, HMS Birmingham as a Master-at-Arms.

Steve Holmes – Merchandise and Social Media Support

Steve joined the Royal Navy in Sep 97 aged 22 as a Warfare Rating.  On completion of Basic Training at HMS Raleigh, he moved onto HMS Dryad, graduating to join his first ship, a Type 42, Batch 3 Destroyer, HMS YORK conducting Maritime Interdiction Operations in the Northern Arabian Gulf and a tour of the Far East, he also deployed to the Arabian Gulf and South America on board HMS EDINBURGH.

Tony Kenny – Treasurer

Tony joined the Royal Navy in 1975 at HMS Ganges. He went on to join the Regulating Branch in 1979, serving in various ships and establishments until he left the Royal Navy in 1991.  Qualifying as an accountant, from 2000 onwards, Tony worked for various large corporations and finally within the banking sector.

Father Michael Brown – Association Chaplain

“Michael Brown served in the Regulating Branch from 1978 to 1993. In 1993 Michael was made redundant in the rank of RPO, and then attended Trinity College Bristol, gaining an honours degree in theology. After this Michael attended the College of the Resurrection Mirfield for priestly training.
